Identity Relationship Management
This module provides the identity relationship management capabilities of CitizenOne. The functionality allows a user to connect their profile to other roles they may play in their daily lives (e.g. business owners, employees, parents etc.); an example would be a business owner inviting an employee to act on the business owner’s behalf with a service provider, or a family member accessing services on behalf of their children.
Allowing a user to access services in context provides the ability to do more from one single profile in the way that is most relevant. The module interprets the user’s relationship to the service being accessed to ensure only appropriate accesses are granted to approved individuals. The service allows a business/family/entity to establish a hierarchy of who is approved to act on their account (e.g. Power of Attorney, authorizing an accountant to file a tax return etc.).
- Powers ‘personas’ that allow a user to login to a single profile but be presented with services in the most relevant manner (e.g. a user accessing services in their business owner or employee role will be presented with different services than accessing services as a citizen).
- Allows for relationship understanding that helps deliver services in the most user-focused way possible and can lead to insights to improve service delivery.
- Allows any type of user to access services from government (eliminating system duplication, deliver services to all types of users from one platform).
- Allows users and government to establish relationship hierarchies that allow approved parties to interact with services providers (e.g. allow a business to authorize and manage individuals to interact with government on the businesses behalf, authorizing a lawyer, an accountant, power of attorney, etc.).
